GRP gratings are the alternative to metal gratings. Thanks to the incorporation of 35% glass fibre distributed in alternating layers, manufactured by wet moulding and hot curing, optimum properties are achieved, among others:

METALLIC GRATINGS

The modern architecture, which is more and more avant-garde, has joined elements that are common like metallic gratings with other materials. The result is excellent.
One of the main features of the metallic grating is its great resistance: it is made with materials like stainless steel, galvanized steel and Aluminium, which provides a big loading capacity and long durability.

GRP GRATINGS ACCESSORIES
GRP gratings need fixing kits and levelling feet for optimal functionality. Therefore, we offer various fixing kits and connection clamps for the installation of the gratings.
KIT TRAMEX FIXING, SCREW CLAMP WITH NUT AND ANGULAR PIECE
Kit with everything needed to anchor the gratings to the floor or beam.
KIT JOINING PART GRATING
The joining clamp is used to fix or join the gratings together, in order to create safe and resistant transit surfaces in different types of applications, such as access platforms, walkways, stairs, among others
PLASTIC FEET
The polypropylene feet with U.V. treatment are the solution to overcome unevenness, fixing the gratings safely and accurately.
SCREWS
We have the capacity to manage a large number of different references according to (1) measurements, (2) finish and (3) standards (ISO, DIN, …)
SCREWS
The screws are used in an infinity of products and in a multitude of sectors (construction, automotive, …)
The type of screw that we supply most is the ‘HEXAGON HEAD SCREW’ in both steel and stainless steel.
‘SPECIAL SCREWS’ are supplied on request and with drawings.
NUTS
The correct choice of nut you need depends on factors such as the strength required, the material and the type of thread.
Within a wide range of nuts, the most commonly supplied by RUBE are ‘HEXAGON NUTS’ in both steel and stainless steel
OTHER FASTENING ELEMENTS
Pins are a fastening element used to join two parts in such a way that one of them is immobilised, providing a durable coupling.
